What to Expect on Your First Visit
When coming into the office for the first time, we ask all new patients to arrive 15 minutes early to complete the required forms. Forms can also be downloaded and completed prior to your initial visit by clicking HERE.
Since your examination will likely involve moving around, we request that you please dress appropriately by wearing or bringing in comfortable clothes such as shorts and a t-shirt.
The first visit will last approximately 45-60min. You can expect the doctor to take a detailed history of your chief complaint. They will then perform a physical exam consisting of orthopedic, neurological, and functional components to help them better understand your condition.
